When does Black Friday start?
Our Black Friday event runs Nov 27 – Nov 30, 2026. Deals go live at midnight (ET) on Friday and stay on through Cyber Monday.
How do the spend levels work?
There are five levels and they all apply on their own: $3 off on orders under $99, then $10 off at $99, $18 off at $149, $28 off at $199 and $40 off at $249. Your cart always gets the highest level it has reached — the savings land on their own at checkout, with no code to find and nothing to type.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Every Black Friday saving on this page is applied automatically the moment your cart qualifies — there is no code to enter at any level. The multi-item offer in your cart (the 4% / 7% / 10% that switches on once more than one jersey is in the cart) keeps running through the event and comes off alongside the Black Friday level. The only code in play is your subscriber code, and it cannot be combined with the Black Friday offer — one or the other, not both.
Can I use my newsletter discount code too?
Start with the Black Friday levels — they need no code and land on their own. Your subscriber code (10% off, once per subscriber) cannot be combined with the Black Friday offer — the two are a choice, not a stack: if you enter it, you keep 10% off and give up the spend level; if you leave it out, the spend level applies on its own. Either way, the multi-item offer in your cart still comes off on top.
Should I use my subscriber code or the Black Friday levels?
Start with the Black Friday levels — they need no code and land on their own. Your subscriber code takes 10% off and can be used once, while the Black Friday levels are flat amounts, so it comes down to your total: from $199 up to $400 the level is worth at least as much — $28 off at $199, $40 off at $249 — so leave your code out of it. Past $400 your code wins again, and on carts under $199 it usually does too. Your multi-item offer applies either way, so it does not change this comparison.
What happens to the multi-item offer during Black Friday?
Our multi-item offer — the 4% / 7% / 10% that lands once more than one jersey is in the cart — keeps running for the whole event. From Nov 27 to Nov 30 it works alongside the Black Friday levels: a bigger cart gets the spend level off and the multi-item percentage off, and the cart switches to the next percentage step on its own as you add pieces. Nothing needs to be entered. Your subscriber code does not expire — leave it out of Black Friday and keep it for everyday orders once the event ends.
When will my order ship?
Standard, non-custom jerseys are dispatched within 1–3 business days. If you add a custom name and number, our workshop needs 3–5 business days to prepare it. After it leaves us, delivery takes 7–15 business days to North America and Europe, and 7–20 business days to other supported regions, with tracking emailed to you as soon as it ships.
What if the size does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, and we accept exchanges for a different size on unworn items with tags still attached. Custom and personalized jerseys are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Read our size guide before checkout — our jerseys run true to size, and we list the cut (lightweight, stitched, replica) on every product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, and shipping is free on orders over $69 with duties and taxes included (DDP), so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Orders under $69 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery runs 7–15 business days for North America and Europe and 7–20 business days for other supported regions. Can I return an item?
Yes — 30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, or you added the 3% shipping insurance at checkout, which covers it. Custom and personalized jerseys are final sale unless they are defective. More in our refund policy.
