Game day, and the rest of the week

Buying a youth BYU Cougars jersey as a gift for a birthday or a holiday is the low-risk option, because the team does the choosing. It works for a new fan and a lifelong one at the same time. There is no age at which it stops being a good present.

How it is made

Flush graphics keep the BYU Cougars jersey looking formal enough to wear somewhere other than a stadium. There is no puffiness across the chest and nothing textured for a jacket lining to grip. It passes as a normal top with the colors doing the work.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The BYU Cougars jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this BYU Cougars jersey printed or printed?

The BYU Cougars graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• How should I wash this BYU Cougars Football jersey?

Machine wash this BYU Cougars jersey cold and inside out, then hang it to dry, and the Royal stays even through weekly laundry. Avoid ironing directly over the pressed graphics and skip the high-heat dryer. Treated that way, the surface stays smooth wash after wash.

• How does the Royal BYU Cougars jersey fit compared with a T-shirt?

This BYU Cougars jersey is cut a little closer than a casual T-shirt through the chest and shoulders, in the youth size range, while the Royal body leaves room to layer. Most buyers take their usual size; a looser game-day drape means one size up.

• Does this BYU Cougars jersey come with a player name on the back?

This BYU Cougars jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the Royal finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
