Game day, and the rest of the week

If there is one piece of BYU Cougars clothing a kid will actually wear, it is usually the jersey. It works for games, for school and for the days in between. It also takes a wash without any fuss, which parents tend to notice over a full season.

How it is made

Where the design meets the fabric on this BYU Cougars jersey, the two sit level with each other rather than one on top of the other. Run a hand across the chest and there is no ridge to find. The garment keeps a single, unbroken line from shoulder to hem.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The BYU Cougars jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this BYU Cougars jersey printed or printed?

The BYU Cougars graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• Can this BYU Cougars Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this BYU Cougars jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the White finish that asks for care.

• Does this BYU Cougars jersey fit true to size?

The BYU Cougars youth cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Does this BYU Cougars jersey come with a player name on the back?

This BYU Cougars jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the White finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
