Game day, and the rest of the week

If the kid in the house follows more than one Cal Bears sport, a jersey covers both without a second purchase. It works for the autumn games and the winter ones. Nothing about it is tied to one schedule, which makes it a practical choice.

How it is made

Where the design meets the fabric on this Cal Bears jersey, the two sit level with each other rather than one on top of the other. Run a hand across the chest and there is no ridge to find. The garment keeps a single, unbroken line from shoulder to hem.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Cal Bears jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Cal Bears jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Cal Bears jersey are heat-pressed onto the White fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• Can this Cal Bears Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Cal Bears jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the White finish that asks for care.

• What size Cal Bears jersey should I order?

For this Cal Bears jersey, order the usual youth size: close at the shoulder, straight through the body, with length to wear it tucked or out. Anyone between sizes who plans to layer a hoodie underneath in winter usually goes up one.

• Does this Cal Bears jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Cal Bears jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the White finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
