Game day, and the rest of the week

If the kid in the house has outgrown a T-shirt but is not ready for a full Colorado Buffaloes kit, a jersey is the middle step. It works for games, for school and for the endless backyard season. It also gets handed down rather than thrown out.

How it is made

The Colorado Buffaloes jersey finished this way stays quiet against a bag strap and a seat belt on a long drive. There is no raised graphic for a strap to rub against on a commute, and nothing for a seat belt to press into over a long drive. Small details, but they add up over a week.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Colorado Buffaloes jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Colorado Buffaloes jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey are heat-pressed onto the White fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• Can this Colorado Buffaloes Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Colorado Buffaloes jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the White finish that asks for care.

• What size Colorado Buffaloes jersey should I order?

For this Colorado Buffaloes jersey, order the usual youth size: close at the shoulder, straight through the body, with length to wear it tucked or out. Anyone between sizes who plans to layer a hoodie underneath in winter usually goes up one.

• Whose name is on the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey stays plain in the White colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
