Game day, and the rest of the week

Dayton Flyers away weekends are still Dayton Flyers weekends, which is why the men's jersey travels. It goes in a bag for a road trip, on a plane for a family visit, and to a bar in a city with no connection to the school at all. Colors carry further than a zip code.

How it is made

The chest of this Dayton Flyers jersey stays smooth because the design is set flush rather than layered on. That keeps the silhouette clean whether it is worn loose or fitted, and keeps the color reading as one continuous block. There is nothing to catch the light at an angle and nothing to rub against a jacket lining.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Dayton Flyers jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Does the print on this Dayton Flyers jersey feel raised?

The Dayton Flyers graphics sit flat against the Red fabric — pressed rather than sewn — so the surface stays smooth and the jersey stays light. The color reads evenly, and the finish layers comfortably under a jacket.

• Can this Dayton Flyers Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Dayton Flyers jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the Red finish that asks for care.

• What size Dayton Flyers jersey should I order?

For this Dayton Flyers jersey, order the usual men's size: close at the shoulder, straight through the body, with length to wear it tucked or out. Anyone between sizes who plans to layer a hoodie underneath in winter usually goes up one.

• Whose name is on the back of this Dayton Flyers jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Dayton Flyers jersey stays plain in the Red colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
