Game day, and the rest of the week

Choosing a youth Pennsylvania Quakers jersey for someone else is usually a safe bet, because the colors do the explaining. It suits a long-time fan and a newcomer equally. It is also the kind of gift that gets worn on the day it arrives.

How it is made

This Pennsylvania Quakers jersey folds down to almost nothing because nothing on it stands proud of the fabric. It slides into a carry-on or a gym bag without taking up real space and comes out with no crease to press. That portability is its own argument.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Pennsylvania Quakers jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Pennsylvania Quakers jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Pennsylvania Quakers jersey are heat-pressed onto the Black fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• Can this Pennsylvania Quakers Football jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Pennsylvania Quakers jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the Black finish that asks for care.

• What size Pennsylvania Quakers jersey should I order?

For this Pennsylvania Quakers jersey, order the usual youth size: close at the shoulder, straight through the body, with length to wear it tucked or out. Anyone between sizes who plans to layer a hoodie underneath in winter usually goes up one.

• Does this Pennsylvania Quakers jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Pennsylvania Quakers jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the Black finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
