Game day, and the rest of the week

For a birthday, a holiday or no occasion at all, a youth West Virginia Mountaineers jersey tends to be worn the same day and asked for again the following week. As a gift it is also one of the easiest things in the shop to wrap, which matters on the day itself.

How it is made

Flat graphics on the West Virginia Mountaineers jersey mean the colors read evenly from across a room. There is no shadow line along the edge of a numeral, and no thickness to catch the light at an angle. What you see is the color and the shape, nothing else.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The West Virginia Mountaineers jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey printed or printed?

The West Virginia Mountaineers graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• Will the Gold fade on this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey in the wash?

Wash it cold, inside out, and hang it to dry: the Gold on this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey holds evenly through weekly laundry. Keep the iron off the pressed graphics and skip high dryer heat, and no other special care is needed.

• Does this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey fit true to size?

The West Virginia Mountaineers youth cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Whose name is on the back of this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this West Virginia Mountaineers jersey stays plain in the Gold colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
