Game day, and the rest of the week

Buying a youth Ball State Cardinals jersey as a gift for a birthday or a holiday is the low-risk option, because the team does the choosing. It works for a new fan and a lifelong one at the same time. There is no age at which it stops being a good present.

How it is made

Where the design meets the fabric on this Ball State Cardinals jersey, the two sit level with each other rather than one on top of the other. Run a hand across the chest and there is no ridge to find. The garment keeps a single, unbroken line from shoulder to hem.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Ball State Cardinals jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Is the design on this Ball State Cardinals jersey printed or printed?

The Ball State Cardinals graphics are pressed flat onto the fabric, which keeps the surface smooth and the jersey light in the hand. The color reads evenly across the numerals and letters, and the clean finish layers comfortably under a jacket or hoodie.

• Will the White fade on this Ball State Cardinals jersey in the wash?

Wash it cold, inside out, and hang it to dry: the White on this Ball State Cardinals jersey holds evenly through weekly laundry. Keep the iron off the pressed graphics and skip high dryer heat, and no other special care is needed.

• How does the White Ball State Cardinals jersey fit compared with a T-shirt?

This Ball State Cardinals jersey is cut a little closer than a casual T-shirt through the chest and shoulders, in the youth size range, while the White body leaves room to layer. Most buyers take their usual size; a looser game-day drape means one size up.

• Does this Ball State Cardinals jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Ball State Cardinals jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the White finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
