Game day, and the rest of the week

For a kid in a local league, wearing Colorado Buffaloes colors to practice is half the fun. This jersey handles the running, the sitting and the laundry that follows. It does not need to be treated carefully. That is the difference between a jersey that gets worn and one that stays folded.

How it is made

This Colorado Buffaloes jersey folds down to almost nothing because nothing on it stands proud of the fabric. It slides into a carry-on or a gym bag without taking up real space and comes out with no crease to press. That portability is its own argument.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Colorado Buffaloes jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Colorado Buffaloes jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey are heat-pressed onto the Black fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• Will the Black fade on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey in the wash?

Wash it cold, inside out, and hang it to dry: the Black on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey holds evenly through weekly laundry. Keep the iron off the pressed graphics and skip high dryer heat, and no other special care is needed.

• Does this Colorado Buffaloes jersey fit true to size?

The Colorado Buffaloes youth cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Whose name is on the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Colorado Buffaloes jersey stays plain in the Black colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
