Game day, and the rest of the week

If the kid in the house has outgrown a T-shirt but is not ready for a full Colorado Buffaloes kit, a jersey is the middle step. It works for games, for school and for the endless backyard season. It also gets handed down rather than thrown out.

How it is made

The Colorado Buffaloes numerals and letters here are set into the surface rather than raised above it, which keeps the jersey looking tidy under a jacket. Nothing catches when it goes on or comes off. It is a finish chosen for how it wears rather than how it photographs.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Colorado Buffaloes jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Does the print on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey feel raised?

The Colorado Buffaloes graphics sit flat against the Gray fabric — pressed rather than sewn — so the surface stays smooth and the jersey stays light. The color reads evenly, and the finish layers comfortably under a jacket.

• Will the Gray fade on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey in the wash?

Wash it cold, inside out, and hang it to dry: the Gray on this Colorado Buffaloes jersey holds evenly through weekly laundry. Keep the iron off the pressed graphics and skip high dryer heat, and no other special care is needed.

• How does the Gray Colorado Buffaloes jersey fit compared with a T-shirt?

This Colorado Buffaloes jersey is cut a little closer than a casual T-shirt through the chest and shoulders, in the youth size range, while the Gray body leaves room to layer. Most buyers take their usual size; a looser game-day drape means one size up.

• Does this Colorado Buffaloes jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Colorado Buffaloes jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the Gray finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
