Game day, and the rest of the week

A men's fan following Maryland Terrapins across more than one sport needs something that works in more than one season. This jersey does the job for football, basketball and everything in between, and it looks as at home in a gym as it does in a stadium. It is worn more months out of the year than it is stored.

How it is made

The Maryland Terrapins numerals and letters here are set into the surface rather than raised above it, which keeps the jersey looking tidy under a jacket. Nothing catches when it goes on or comes off. It is a finish chosen for how it wears rather than how it photographs.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Maryland Terrapins jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Maryland Terrapins jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Maryland Terrapins jersey are heat-pressed onto the Red fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• How should I wash this Maryland Terrapins Baseball jersey?

Machine wash this Maryland Terrapins jersey cold and inside out, then hang it to dry, and the Red stays even through weekly laundry. Avoid ironing directly over the pressed graphics and skip the high-heat dryer. Treated that way, the surface stays smooth wash after wash.

• What size Maryland Terrapins jersey should I order?

For this Maryland Terrapins jersey, order the usual men's size: close at the shoulder, straight through the body, with length to wear it tucked or out. Anyone between sizes who plans to layer a hoodie underneath in winter usually goes up one.

• Whose name is on the back of this Maryland Terrapins jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Maryland Terrapins jersey stays plain in the Red colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
