Game day, and the rest of the week

A kid gets more use out of the Vcu Rams jersey than almost anything else in the closet. It goes to the game, to a friend's house and to the school week in between. Buying one that holds up is cheaper than replacing a cheap one twice.

How it is made

Pressed graphics sit inside the weave on this Vcu Rams jersey, so the front stays flat when the jersey is tucked or folded. Nothing bunches at the edges of the design. It keeps the piece looking tidy long after the first wear, with nothing lifting at a corner.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Vcu Rams jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• Does the print on this Vcu Rams jersey feel raised?

The Vcu Rams graphics sit flat against the Black fabric — pressed rather than sewn — so the surface stays smooth and the jersey stays light. The color reads evenly, and the finish layers comfortably under a jacket.

• Can this Vcu Rams Baseball jersey go in the dryer?

Low heat is fine, but this Vcu Rams jersey dries fast on a hanger after a cold, inside-out wash, so the dryer is optional. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics — that is the one part of the Black finish that asks for care.

• Does this Vcu Rams jersey fit true to size?

The Vcu Rams youth cut runs true to size with room for a T-shirt underneath. Buyers who want a looser game-day fit, or who plan to layer it in cold weather, usually go one size up. The shoulders sit close and the hem falls at hip level.

• Whose name is on the back of this Vcu Rams jersey?

Nobody's — the back of this Vcu Rams jersey stays plain in the Black colorway, with the pressed team graphics on the front carrying the look. That makes it a safe pick for fans who do not want a name that leaves when rosters turn over.
