Game day, and the rest of the week

A kid will wear the Virginia Tech Hokies jersey far more often than an adult in the same house would, which is the argument for getting one that holds up. It goes through school weeks, weekends and the whole of the season. It is built with that in mind.

How it is made

The Virginia Tech Hokies numerals and letters here are set into the surface rather than raised above it, which keeps the jersey looking tidy under a jacket. Nothing catches when it goes on or comes off. It is a finish chosen for how it wears rather than how it photographs.

Washing and everyday wear

Turn it inside out, wash it cold with the rest of the laundry, and hang it to dry — nothing special needed. Keep the iron away from the pressed graphics, and fold it like any other shirt between games. The Virginia Tech Hokies jersey asks for no looking after beyond that.

Questions buyers ask

• How is the design applied to this Virginia Tech Hokies jersey?

The numerals and letters on this Virginia Tech Hokies jersey are heat-pressed onto the White fabric, so the surface stays smooth with no raised edge. It is a lighter garment for it, and the color reads evenly across the whole design.

• How should I wash this Virginia Tech Hokies Football jersey?

Machine wash this Virginia Tech Hokies jersey cold and inside out, then hang it to dry, and the White stays even through weekly laundry. Avoid ironing directly over the pressed graphics and skip the high-heat dryer. Treated that way, the surface stays smooth wash after wash.

• How does the White Virginia Tech Hokies jersey fit compared with a T-shirt?

This Virginia Tech Hokies jersey is cut a little closer than a casual T-shirt through the chest and shoulders, in the youth size range, while the White body leaves room to layer. Most buyers take their usual size; a looser game-day drape means one size up.

• Does this Virginia Tech Hokies jersey come with a player name on the back?

This Virginia Tech Hokies jersey keeps the back plain, so no player name appears on it. The pressed team graphics and the White finish carry the look, which keeps it wearable as rosters change from one season to the next.
